Bank of America closes my account the day before my loan is due to process. Absolute joke of a company. Try Mechanical bank. Untrustworthy and a headache.
Today I went to Bank of America (Raynham.MA 300 Route 44) and was discriminated against. i actually started crying .. I had someone greet me and sign me in .After 30 minutes it was finally my turn. The representative then looked me up and down turned her back away from me and took a white women instead; a women who came 15 minutes after me and who was not signed in..
I've been a customer for over 20 years. They were giving me ridiculous charges they wouldn't change. Met with Deanna Dellamano. She had no problem on closing all 4 accounts. Her personality and service was horrible. I have moved all 4 accounts to Bridgewater Savings!
I then said "Hello, I was next" women continued to ignore me. I then asked for the manager who was disgusted at the employees actions and also could not find a reason on why the woman turned her back to me.
Friendly and efficient staff although they definitely do seem understaffed quite often
