Worst experience ever!!! Was charged 203.75 when my car insurance recommend them. Insurance paid bill, when I called to find out what I was charged for 1st they say administrative fees and others then 2nd call they say toll fees. Said I was in NJ airport mind you I will in MA and put about 60 miles on the rental. That alone proves I didn't go there. What right had the company to take my money. I would post the pictures of my recite showing 0 balance and copy of miles proving if I could. Never renting from HERTZ again. The Raynham office was very nice in helping me figure this out but there billing department wasn't helpful at all.
I was hesitant to rent from this facility due to the negative reviews, however I had a great experience with my recent rental. Jeff was awesome, he went above and beyond to ensure that I got a ride back home. I will definitely rent from this location in the future. Thanks Jeff!!
Fantastic service, this hertz deserves more stars than what seen. There fast, cars are clean and customer service is wonderful.
