I am very happy with their work and I do go back often I have 3 cars. My car is there today. So watch your bill and you'll be fine.
This location has lacked in service in the last year. They have gone through multiple store managers recently. We were frequent customers and now will only come here unless we really need to. We had brake issues and had to return multiple times to have them fix work that was performed incorrectly. They once forgot to complete an oil change we requested while having other work done. We had also bought a replacement rim and requested it installed with some other work being done and again they completely forgot. We also had an oil change done on a Lexus SUV and I was told they would be done in time for me to pick up my daughter. I had to scramble last minute to get her a ride because they punctured the windshield wiper fluid tank. I just left there while waiting in the reception area for 5 minutes with no one asking if I needed help while people smoked outside. It's really gone downhill in the service department.
There estimate of how long I would be there was pretty much correct and the work they did fixed my problem
I called late on an Sunday afternoon and this shop was able to see me the next morning. They replaced my front tire under warranty with no problems and even re-checked the balance on my other front tire. Rob and Carlton were both working the front desks and were polite, professional, and expedient. I drove past two other Firestone shops to get to this one and I'll do it again if I ever need their help in the future.

Overall Firestone is a good place to bring your car. You have to be firm because the upsell is overwhelming and haggling is necessary on your purchases. They want your money even if you let them know your on a budget.
