This particular location is not great. There is one receptionist who is very nasty and you have to push to get her to do her job which makes everything a lot more frustrating

I showed up for my appointment 15 minutes early, to find out the nurse practitioner called out sick. "Someone was supposed to call you." They were going to fit me in but at an inconvenience to only me. Never mind it was for a 15 minute scheduled appointment for a blood pressure check that apparently they were too busy for. They handled the situation poorly. After sitting there 20 minutes after scheduled appointment I was advised only because I inquired, that there were two people ahead of me. I left and will never return. I emailed the doctor who never apologized for their actions, only that we could reschedule. Yeah, I don't think so.
i went to see a doctor that practiced at this office as well as the Raynham location. i saw her throughout my pregnancy. every time time there was at least a 15-40 minute wait, funny thing is they have this white board that says if your particular doctor is "on time", "15 minute delay" , ect, and they would always have the magnet on the "on time" option. once at the Raynham location there was about 5 urine samples sitting in the bathroom when i went to do my urine. the doctor i saw was nice and good but never apologized for being late. Overall not a good experience with this practice, although delivering at brockton hospital was great.
Worst place ever both times I waited 45 minutes for an appointment I was on time for. Today I was 10 minutes late for a 1:00 pm appointment and Still wasn't seen after 2 I had to reschedule. Apparently they schedule 2 appointments for the same time. I will be switching clinics. It's ridiculous that there will be 2 people ahead of you for an appointment you're on time or early for. They need to fix their scheduleing. The doctor isn't the best either she doesn't seem to genuinely be interested in her job.
