The entire staff at this particular D'Angelo is amazingly well trained, courteous and professional every time I have gotten something to eat here. The food has always been made the same way and there have never been any surprises. I am in no way affiliated with D'Angelo other than as a regular and extremely satisfied customer. I only wish there were more restaurants with this quality of service and excellence in their food preparation.
Had to wait only to get the wrong order. I didn't want to make others wait on me anymore so I just had to take it.
An old new england staple. Sad to say quality has gone downhill with careless staff. Called and immediately put on hold for 15 mins. Furious customers in made quite clear they were waiting the better part of an hour, for a sub!
Went here to get a quick bite and a quick bite turned in to about a 45 minute wait and it wasn't during the dinner rush. Online orders were behind as well
