The people that work there vary. I had one girl who was a trainer who was rude to me, and I had two other cashiers/store personnel, be as nice they could be.

My puppy Tucker is taking puppy classes. Although I spend 24/7 with him he's not really taking it for the lessons. He's taking it for the socialization with other dogs. He would always be afraid of other dogs and bark at them. After one week what an amazing transformation!!
Everyone is super friendly and helpful and they remember Zeus every time I am there and it doesn't matter if he is with me or not.
i find the people very friendly and more than willing to help. great place to adopt a pet whose owners brought them back. i got my Guinea Pig Wilbah because someone just didn't know what they were doing. he's ADORABLE ! i also buy fish here who are nice and healthy
