The overall process was very smooth. I was able to leave with my new car the same day. There were many people involved to make that happen and I appreciated all of them coming together so quickly.
Working with Jamar was such a pleasure. He sold my dad’s girlfriend a car and then the next week we came back again for another one. Jamar not only got us a great deal on both of the cars but he dealt with minor issues we experienced with the insurance company with ease. Also I commend anyone that has the ability to deal with my VERY picky father and Jamar dealt with him perfectly. My dad couldn’t stop raving about how much Jamar helped us and how great he was compared to other dealerships/salesmen he’s dealt with in the past.

I worked w/ Bobbi Sistrunk and bought my third used Dodge Grand Caravan this weekend from Central Dodge (etc.) of Raynham. As always, they had a great selection of minivans at competitive prices. Bobbi was wonderful, taking us from test drive, to my many questions, through the paperwork, and out the door w/ keys to my beautiful new minivan, all in the same day. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and personable. I'll keep going back and will continue to recommend them to friends and family.
Overall, great experience, exceeded my expectations. There was no bait and switch here (thank goodness). Bobbi was my sales person, and after doing a lot of research before buying, we bought the car at a very fair price point. We only had one problem throughout the experience, and that was discovering a piece of plastic hanging from the bottom of the car after I got home. Bobbi was notified once I discovered this, since we must have missed it when we test drove it. Not a problem at all, just a small cosmetic issue. Bobbi offered for service team to look at it, but we decided to fix it on our own. Also, I decided to take off the extended warranty on the car after signing the papers and Tom was very flexible about this. I resigned the papers and took the warranty off, which was awesome. It is a really nice car, I love my new ford fusion, thank you so much!
