I'm infuriated with how you guys handled my vehicle. I told you the purpose of the repairs was to give my dad a car (who lives in Gloucester, MA) that he can drive which included transferring the title and a new inspection. You failed to tell me that the exhaust problem was something that would cause a failed inspection. I spent 2200 in repairs on this car for items that included items that weren't as important but suggested by the service manager Josh as such. There was no indication as to the importance of this repair. To add insult to injury my vehicle has a nasty transmission fluid leak because your team installed the axle wrong. He can't even drive the damn car to your dealership without damaging the vehicles transmission system further which gives you a convenient way out of having to pay to repair YOURE damage. Even getting the vehicle towed from Gloucester would be an astronomical price. You guys have done nothing to help and I am disgusted that I did business with you. Be assured that I will be telling anyone that will listen about my experience.
