Bad business rip off! Worst place to buy car bunch of junk! They offer job that they can't even do and still charge you! Don't recommend to anybody

This review is based on attempting to purchase a 2006 Toyota Tacoma, Stock #: 178819 V.I.N. 5TEPX42N46Z178819. There was lots of water leaking into the vehicle from what appeared to be a slight area of rust where the windshield meets the roof and a cracked windshield. The salesman Simon Khoury promised that if I left a deposit, he'd pull the windshield, take photos of any hidden rust and send them to me for my inspection AND promised me a full refund if i didn't approve. No photos were sent until the repair was 'complete'. The photos of the repair and he clearly stated, they filled the entire area of rust with Bondo. Simon admitted it. And the Bondo covered 60% of where the top edge of the windshield is supposed to seal against solid metal. When I saw the Bondo in the photo, I pressed Simon to show me photos of the condition before the repair. He gave me a story how he lost them. Then pressing him harder, he sent me 2 photos of the area painted before the Bondo was applied. I have ALL the photos he sent me. Those photos showed severe rot with the metal perforated all along the channel and new paint sprayed right over the entire rotted area. At the upper left corner, no paint was applied and you can clearly see the rot. In Massachusetts it is illegal to sell this vehicle due to roll over safety integrity being compromised. It never would have passed a safety inspection. Unfortunately the owner of J & A Auto Sales did not agree. Although I cancelled the purchased and was promised to be given a refund by Simon after I cancelled, the owner Jay refused to refund my money. And even though it's against the law to sell that truck and against the law to refuse to refund my money, he's still going through with it. Jay has NO integrity, NO dignity, NO honor and NO conscience. "Caveat Emptor" Let the Buyer Beware!

This dealership employs 4 people, but pays them under the table. He does not take STATE or FEDERAL taxes out of their pay. 2 of the employees may be ILLEGAL ALIENS. The owner, JASON El DACCACHE doesn't pay unemployment tax or workmens comp tax. For his Mechanic, TITO, he reports only a portion of his income to escape paying child support!!!! MR. EL DACCACHE also ships a large number of vehicles and GOD knows what else, to his home Country of LEBANON!!! This is the worst business in RAYNHAM!!!
