Bought my car there had a great experience. I gave them a 5 because the service guy Joe had an attitude when I went in for service. He could have been having a bad day but should've still been professional. One bad apple doesn't always spoil the bunch. Management was great when I brought it to their attention, I'll buy my next car there.
As a young adult it was hard for me to find a dealership that would take me seriously, and this dealership treated me the best.

I'm going to start this by saying i can be a very tough customer. I know what i want and i know what I'm willing to do for it. I personally hate sales calls and this sale started with John from internet sales, who was neither overbearing nor pushy. I searched high and low for what i wanted and i ended up returning to Route 44. He listened to quotes i had from other dealers. I called him while i was on my way there today, With about 10 minutes to prepare. He set us up with Syed, to handle the deal. At first i got frustrated, that's no one's fault. Once my husband and I decided on the vehicle, it was time to talk numbers. I told my husband exactly what i was willing to do before we left the house. We went back and forth for a minimal amount of time and i ended up trading a 2015 for a 2017, $12 more a month than what i initially said, including ALL of the extras. Once everything was agreed upon, finance was a breeze. There were a few bumps in the road, but in the end it was a great experience!! I literally got EVERYTHING I wanted, at the price point i was comfortable with. If you're going with route 44, request John and Syed, you'll be taken care of with no nonsense.
I wouldn't recommend anyone else.
The buying process was easy and the financing went fast. My salesperson was fantastic. However the prep was horrable I had to rewash my interior window my tire pressure was 49 on the front and 47 on the back
I had Avery as my dealership agent and he was very accommodating, forward, and helpful. I told him my budget and he wasn't one to go over it without my full knowledge of what I was about to look at. I always appreciate a person who is blunt and not trying to scam more money from me. The management was amazing as well, they had helped when there was a little hiccup in the details of the car and more than compensated for it. Tony, my finance guy, the absolute best! He not only made sure that I knew exactly what I getting, but any questions I had for him about the car and the loan he answered and furthered explained if I wasn't entirely sure what he said.
If someone thinks buying a car is a process than you are going into the wrong dealership. Avery took such good care of me from the start. No pressure at all and was very respectful. He went above and beyond to make sure I was more than happy.
